Whatcha call'n me?

I was walking today and a lady comes up and says "you have a very large Doxie...." If she wasn't so nice, Bleu would have peed on her leg. I guess its his good looks and charm which fool people all the time.

Today is just one of those perfect days. Its sunny and warm, but not too warm. The birds are singing some crazy song and I can hear the stupid ice cream truck driving up and down the streets waiting for some little kids to wave a fist full of money for an ice cream treat. Bleu is sleeping on his back outside in the sun. Do dogs ever get sun burnt?

Winter has finally come to southern california. For the last 2 weeks the weather has been cool with rain showers, sometimes heavy rain. Bleu is like a ground hog, except if he see's rain drops falling near his doggy door he won't go out side. I have to open the sliding glass door and walk outside to show him he won't melt. Although if we're on a walk and it starts to rain, he's usually happy to continue sniffing and walking in the mud. If it raining heavy, Bleu heads for the house or the car.


Question... why do hounds like to roll on dried worms after it rains?

Bleu is napping on the couch. Go figure...

Never refused a chicken treat

Doesn't like raw carrots.
